Thank you for shopping with Petros Grills. We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them.
- In the original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants).
- Personal care items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics).
- Sale/clearance items (if marked as “final sale”).
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at petrosinformation@gmail.com before sending the item back.
Shipping Returns
- You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is posted).
- Contact your bank.
